Auto Policy

Although automatic knives are legal in many states, we are required to abide the rules as they regulate the interstate commerce of these items. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if they meet the requirements of these laws and by submitting our signed release form they are signifying such compliance.

In accordance with federal and state laws regulating the sale of shipment automatic knives, we will only ship to authorized law enforcement, military, and search and rescue personnel. A signed automatic release form, as well as a copy of your photo ID, must first be faxed to us before we will process your order. The only exception to this policy is for active military personnel serving in areas where there is no access to a fax machine.
