Auto Policy

Although automatic knives are legal in many states, we are required to abide the rules as they regulate the interstate commerce of these items. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if they meet the requirements of these laws and by submitting our signed release form they are signifying such compliance.

In accordance with federal and state laws regulating the sale of shipment automatic knives, we will only ship to authorized law enforcement, military, and search and rescue personnel. A signed automatic release form, as well as a copy of your photo ID, must first be faxed to us before we will process your order. The only exception to this policy is for active military personnel serving in areas where there is no access to a fax machine. In these cases your APO or FPO shipping address will serve as proof of military service. Please email us any questions you may have regarding this policy to sales@mrknifeguy.com.

The Volcan Knives Amsterdam double action AUTO has a 3-1/4 inch AUS8 stainless drop point blade. The textured G-10 handles provide ample grip for an everyday carry. The highlight of the Amsterdam is its double action auto capability, allowing the user to manually deploy the blade with the thumb hole or use the "sneaky" automatic scale release. There is a switch on the clip side of the handle allowing you to control whether you want it in manual or automatic mode. To automatically deploy the blade, simply slide the switch to automatic mode and slide the front handle scale to quickly deploy your blade.
